Vote By Mail from College
College students may vote by mail by applying for a mail-in ballot from your home county, and having it sent to your college address anywhere in the US or abroad! You will need a PA ID or Driver’s License. If you don’t have either of these, you can use your Social Security Number (found on tax forms, W9s, FAFSA forms—ask your parents—memorize it!). If you need help getting a state ID, contact VoteRiders.org.
1. Make sure you are registered to vote! PAyouth.Vote/Register
We suggest you register now at your home address.

If you are in your home county, it’s best to drop your signed & sealed envelope at an official ballot drop box or election office by 8pm on November 5th. Check your county website for locations.
If you are outside your home county, drop your signed & sealed envelope in a US mailbox, post office, or outgoing student mailbox, with enough time for it to arrive to your home county election office by November 5th.
