Pittsburgh/Allegheny County Regional Director

Dr. Regina B. Holley (she/her) is the Western Pennsylvania Regional Director for Pa Youth Vote, dedicated to empowering youth through civic education and voter engagement. A graduate of Slippery Rock University and the University of Pittsburgh, she built a distinguished career in Pittsburgh Public Schools as a teacher, supervisor, and principal, later serving as school board director and president. A tireless advocate for equity and social justice, Dr. Holley continues to uplift communities across Western Pennsylvania.

She is currently the Board Chair for Naomi’s Place Transitional Housing which services Women and Children.
